Before Vaccination

  • Carry the vaccination card (or previous records)
  • Feed the child normally (unless advised otherwise)
  • Tell us about fever, allergies, or past reactions

After Vaccination

  • Mild fever or soreness can be normal
  • Offer fluids and comfort; keep the site clean
  • We guide you on dosing for fever medicines if needed

When To Call

If you notice any of the following, call us or visit the hospital:

  • High fever not improving
  • Breathing difficulty, swelling of face/lips
  • Persistent vomiting, unusual drowsiness, or severe irritability
  • Rash or hives spreading quickly
